Feedback on Previous timetables¶
- There are no breaks – breaks are really important to help people learn/recover/re-charge from lots of information, and also for relationship building/networking
- There are lots of talks with lots of information, but we really need space for discussions about tactics and next steps, I’ve tried to integrate these into each session
- Most speakers are actually more informative when they have less time to talk – most people can generally listen for about 20mins tops before switching off
- The below is obviously a draft/totally open to full re-design/rejection!
Overview¶
Each Session:
- Speakers have 20-30mins max focusing on their area (who, what, where, when, why, how)
- Reflect on critical questions: What have we learnt from our organising? What support do we need? What are our short and long term goals?
- Session 4 detailed go-round, who is here, input on questions feedback from groups
- Session 7 totally facilitated/no speakers
