URL rewrite & vouching

sounds if you would to do some URL rewriting ¹. see howto links below in case you use apache ² or nginx ³ as http-server.

Another question if I may: If we want to set up some sort of
accepting policy in a similar way that user.riseup.org is doing. Like
you’d need two vouches to be allowed an account. To prevent police
infiltration.
