For virus filtering do the following:
Add to /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://people.debian.org/~aurel32/BACKPORTS stable mainRun apt-get update
Install the following packages: clamav clamav-base
clamav-freshclam clamav-daemon lha lzop unarj unzip zoo unrar
In /etc/sympa.conf put the following parameters:
antivirus_path /usr/bin/clamscan
antivirus_args --stdout --unzip --unrar --arj --unzoo --lha
Change the template your_infected_msg.us.tpl so it has proper
english grammar, grabs the email correctly and lets people know where
they can email for help:
From: [from]
Subject: A virus in your email
V I R U S A L E R T
Our viruschecker found a virus named [virus_name]
in a message adressed to [recipient] that seems to have come
from your email address (From: [user->email]).
We stopped delivery of this email.
We suggest that you scan your machine for viruses, after making sure
that your virus definitions are up-to-date.
