PROCESS GROUP : It’s a group that has to have a global
vision on the project organisation’s process, on the
decision making modes, on the encountered difficulties…
It has to supervise the constitution of groups in charge
of organising the meetings. Making sure that the project
is progressing correctly, being conformed to our values.
To avoid any ‘taking power’ situations it should be
dissolved at the beginning of the village as everyone is
there and can equally contribute to the village process.
