Other possible guidelines to add (see reasons in the comment below)
- Inaccurate : posts that are inaccurate or misleading.

these guidelines should not only go on the Other Media publish page, but also be included in the Editorial Guidelines. |

Thanks mara for this page too. I have a small change to propose to this guideline:
I think ‘social change’ on its own may be a bit too broad in meaning. I mean, the BNP may claim that they are also working towards ‘social change’. I would therefore add the word ‘positive’ or maybe ‘progressive’ to ‘social change’, or something along these lines anyway. I was also thinking about maybe incorporating the following guidelines too:
Specially in relation to the ‘Other Media’ wire (now still called ‘promoted other media’) which is where relevat reposts from mainstream and corporate media would go. And the main reason for this is that it is not unheard of that mainstream media sometimes publish ‘inaccurate or misleading’ articles and information :-)
I am not sure about this one, and so I’d like to know what others thing. But basically it’d be difficult tomonitor (admin) posts in languages others that those the site admins can understand. On the other hand it probably makes sense that other languages than Englissh are accepted in these wires as London is a very multilingual town. I don’t know how many exactly but I am sure hundreds of languages are used every day in this city. My five pence anyway, and I’ve added these changes to the page above. |

hm, maybe we should just have a note in the guidelines that they all apply to the other media posts except for the repost one? |
|
Well I don’t see a problem in listing them again in that page. The more the people encounter them in publish forms and that, the more people will become aware that they exist, and that they are meant to be applied. |

I fully agree what you said and adding to that, I believe using the best tech software makes administration powerful and comfort to the employees. These guidelines should not only go on the Other Media publish page, but also be included in the Editorial Guidelines. I recommend you to read about harrishussainsiddiqui and explore his current model. |

It’s a really clear step about the rules, but certain editors need privacy as well because some agendas shouldn’t be made public because they contain confidential information, like my site design agenda, which only I and my web design architects have access to. |

I appreciate the efforts you people put in to share blogs on such kind of topics, it was indeed helpful. Keep Posting! |

It’s important to have clear guidelines for promoting and featuring other media posts. Discrimination, advertisements, and irrelevant content should be avoided to maintain a positive and progressive social change platform. Additionally, accuracy and language considerations are essential. Providing translations or comprehensive summaries in English allows for a broader audience and prevents spamming. Let’s ensure that the platform remains focused on meaningful content and supports the needs of those seeking to "do my class online" |
