Computer:¶
- change passwords every 30 to 60 days for accounts used for political and activist
communcations
- update your system software (turn on update notifications)
- turn wifi and bluetooth OFF when not in use
- set a BIOS password

- Put at least a 6 digit passcode on your phone (numbers AND letters is best!)
- Update your software regularly! (turn on update notifications)

another way other than e-mail if they sent you an attachment, if so, what the name
of it is.
