Navigation Category¶
What purpose does the Navigation Category serve?
When creating content there is It says on it, for admin only please
All admins already have a Menu settings at the bottom of every content page which actually moves links to all the different menu locations
I am inclined to want to remove this completely
Sidebar Menu¶
Groups¶
Currently there is more than one menu for different groups, one for Local Groups and one for Industries, each extending to reveal links to individual group pages
I’m still trying to figure out a way to automate adding groups to the sidebar, regardless I feel like mashing these two menus together to just simply one link to the groups page (http://www.iww.org.uk/og) with extended items added when we figure out a way to automate them being added to the sidebar.
This will save on having all these empty Industry pages and only show groups that we are actively engaged in organising in the UK
Full details on all the different IUs can be found on the IWW.org website
Dumfries page
www.iww.org.uk/new/node/239-I can’t find it in the Content Management page-, want to move the content of the page to it’s newly created group page
Test Site¶
I am presuming iww.org.uk/new is/was the test site used before the new site went live.
Backup¶
What are the current procedures for backup up all the data,
I propose that we schedule to close the website down at regular intervals to backup all the data from the website
User Profiles¶
Would be nice for users to be able to create their own profiles, which is possible with Drupal
Feed Aggregator¶
Would be nice if the feed aggregator from the test site be impimented into the working site
