- We have the cabin the nights of Sat-Tues April 9-12, depart on Wednesday the 13th.

- John/Laura/Jacob arrive at Seatac at 11am on Sat Apr 9
- Jim/Lindsay depart Seatac 7:25pm on Wed Apr 13

- dinner: assemble yourself mexican; 2 types of meat, beans, greens, toppings (I love toppings!), salsas, nachos!
- dinner: pork chops, salmon, grilled veggies (cauliflour?)
- dinner: burgers, brats, hotdots, fries, salad, mushrooms! morels should be in season
Backup Dinners:
- dinner: grilled salmon, maybe shrimp? grilled asparagus and potatoes, salad
- dinner: pizzas, salad
- we could pick up rotisserie chicken the first night if we wanted to keep it easy (but I think we’ll have enough time to cook)
