I think we need an accessible space with a large common area, flexible seating, and lots of breakout spaces for guerilla workshops and such, so I favor Claudia Cohen Hall.
Williams Hall is heavy on the breakout space but maybe lacking otherwise.
Houston Hall has like single large rooms, not really established breakout space.
In the end, spaces that are not and cannot be made reasonably accessible will not be chosen.
