Statement on Palestine (RoR Vienna)

We, as RoR Vienna, object to any form of imperialism, colonialism, exploitation, oppression, racism and discrimination.
Therefore, we stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination, and reject the systemic violence perpetrated by the Zionist state of Israel and its allies.
We rise up for any struggles against colonial domination and defend the right of every people to resist their oppressors.
We are aware that RoR is a predominantly white and Western network. Thus, we see ourselves responsible to critically reflect on the privileges that come with this position, to recognize interconnections and complicities in global systems of violence and actively challenge these structures. We understand solidarity as an ongoing political practice of attention, accountability and concrete action.
Never again means never again for all of us.
