Like the sister RRFM’s in Carrboro and Durham, The Oak City Free Market is a place where people from all walks of life can come and share their excess resources with each other (food, clothes, furniture, skills, etc.) We can easily find what we need from within our community instead of relying on a capitalist market.

So clean out that old closet! Bring something to teach or share and take whatever you need- EVERYTHING is FREE! The economy isn’t reliable, but our community can be! :)
